Products;

Book Folding Patterns;

All our book folding patterns are cerated using the 'Measure & Mark' method.  

Most of our single line patterns are created using 20cm books but will fit into talller books.  

Our 2 and 3 line patterns are created using 23cm books.  None of these require the 'Cut method' to fold.

All our patterns are fully tested to make sure they work to a high standard, unless it is a custom pattern for obvious reasons these are not tested.

Upon purchase of your pattern(s) I will need you e-mail address to send the patterns to you. 

Please allow 24 hours for your patterns to be emailed to you. 

You are permitted to sell your finished books but please DON not re-sell, share or re-distribute my patterns in any format.

 

Custom Patterns;

We can create customised patterns these will be made up using the spellings YOU send to us, if we see something that we believe may be a mistake we will attempt to make contact with you, however if after 48 hours we have had no contact we will supply the pattern as per your request.

Book Folds

Most of our finished books are made to order to ensure they are what you desire.

On occasions we do have books as stock, we will do our best to make that clear on our product listing.  

Please note there is a 7 day turn around from order to dispacth, this can change during peek times so if you are in urgent need of your order please contact us using the contact us form or via email (creationsbyabutterfly@hotmail.com) prior to placing your order to ensure we can fulfill the time requirement, we will always do our best to get any urgent orders out if we can.

 

Personalised Book Folds

With personalised Book folds its apporoximatly 7 days from order to disatch, please note that these times will vary during peek season, as with the 'Finished Folds' if yourequire your order urgently please be sure to contact us wither via email or the Contact form prior to placing your order, we will always do our best to fulfill your requirements .  

If you order a personalised fold from Creations by a Butterfly, we will be sure to contact you via e-mail to confim the details of the order placed.

Paper Cuts

      UnFramed

All our 'Paper Cuts' are made to order, your item will be dispatched within 14 days of ordering.

With the Unframed cuts it will be mounted onto co-ordinating paper or Acetate - We will discuss this option with you upon purchase.

On dispatch your order will be packaged in a hardback envelope to ensure no damage can occure during transit. 

Many of our cuts have the option to personalise, if you would like to discuss this please contact us either via the contact form or via Email

        Framed Cuts

We offer a limited number of our cuts with the option of being framed.  If you see a cut you like and would like it framed please contact us for pricing. 

All our 'Paper Cuts' are made to order, your item will be dispatched within 14 days of ordering.

With the framed cuts it will be mounted onto co-ordinating paper or Acetate and placed in the frame - We will discuss the options with you upon purchase.

On dispatch your order will be packaged in a specialist box to ensure no damage can occure during transit.

Handmade Cards

We have an ever growing selecion of handmade cards available - many are made to order to ensure they are exactly what you require.  

Our cards are dispatched within 7 days of ordering, please note this will change at peek times.  If you require an order urgently please be sure to contact us via email or the contact us form prior to placing your order. 

Many of our cards have the option of being persoanlised.  To ensure this is possible on the card(s) you require please be sure to contact us prior to placing your order.

Returns;

If you are unhappy with your item for any reason please contact us via the contact form.

You MUST contact within 14 working days if you are wishing to return your item for any reason, you will be required to retun it in its original condition and must include any packing materials. 

Please note that Customised/Personalised orders are non returnable.

Please ensure that upon returning your item you send as Royal Mail recorded at your cost, I will refund the postage charge to items that are faulty.

Upon returning your order you must include you Name and Order number.

 

Faulty/Damaged Items

If you receive your order and it is damaged or faulty please contact me within 14 days of receipt.
